"We were 3 , I , my wife and my daughter , all the things went on perfectly in this hotel. It is so close to metro , you can easily visit and sightsee the city via using metro. Room was perfect , it had kitchen to let us prepare our baby's meal easily , and also room has washing machine which we used a lot during our stay. Personel was so kind and helpful during our requests."

Our apartment was a good size, tea and coffee making facilities, there was a combination microwave,grill, oven, was a bit surprised there was not a sink in kitchen area, having to use bathroom for washing up was not ideal, but workable, all the utensils you would need. The bed was large, probably a touch hard for our liking, but it didn't stop us from sleeping really well, enough storage for clothes ect. We did have a balcony which was tiny. All areas of room very clean....

"The photos on Hotel.com were quite nice, but in reality they were fake. The actual apartment had outdated furniture and the walls are in need of a new coat of paint. There were NO pots or pans, NO glasses, NO cups and NO utensils. But only a very small fridge, a kettle and a microwave. Pavel the owner told us he would bring us some, but never returned to do so. The only positive of this apartment is its location, that's it. The day of our check-in we met an unfriendly young man who was more into...

"Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."

"The residence was not very clean and older than the advertised pictures. The main bed was broken on one side, and the water required you to wait for 1-2 minutes until it came out! (The front desk person told us this) It needs updated, thoroughly cleaned and repairs."
