Gambino Hotel Werksviertel
Gambino Hotel is amazing if you are traveling. You get to experience all of Munich City and Werksviertel which has its own night life as well. Coming and not knowing the area or how to use the bus / trains, it is still fairly easy to understand and get directions either by Apple Maps or Google.

The rooms were clean upon arrival, just keep in mind that they do not clean the rooms every day. I arrived on a Thursday night and our rooms didn't get cleaned until Sunday, but when I requested it at the front desk, they cleaned the next day and additional supplies can be requested at any time. ...
