"We loved staying here! The location is perfect, near so many restaurants, coffee shops, markets and of course, the beach. The whole property is very well kept, both indoors and out. It has a boutique-y, local vibe. All 16 suites on the property are different sizes and styles, scattered in villas and buildings on the enclosed property. Some of the buildings are older, some newer. We stayed in the front villa and really appreciated the classic details, doors and hardware. Our kitchen was newly remodeled and stocked well with dishes, pans, full sized fridge, stove, microwave & coffee maker. You will need to supply all food and coffee on your own. This is not a problem, since there are many places within walking distance, but just important to know. Shower, water and bathroom worked great with basic shampoo and soap provided. The property grounds are situated across a hill on a large parcel right in the middle of the city, so there are fun little views throughout. You can hear some traffic, but it is not bothersome at all. The pool is well kept, plenty of chairs and even a nice grill area. It was a great place to meet and chat with the other guests! The manager was so friendly and really seemed to care about her guests. Our plans changed in the middle of our trip, and she was able to accommodate us for an extra night. Final note: Follow the checkin instructions once you book, and contact the manager prior to arrival. The entrance can be hard to find otherwise. "

"I have been staying here for a week so far, and have extended my stay. I was here through the fires and chaos that occurred in Puerto Vallarta and felt very safe here with the guests and hotel staff. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and the housekeeper is lovely and comes daily. The breakfast here is wonderful, and sometimes has live music. The servers are so very friendly and kind, as are the front desk staff. The greenery around the patios and pool is very beautiful 😍 I wish I could stay much longer. "
