「Waited half an hour outside the hotel at 1:30am after driving 10 hours to wait for someone to unlock the lobby door and check us in. Then had to wait for the staff to find us a pet-free room even though we had pre-booked a pet-free room. It was noisy and we maybe got 2 hours of sleep. The breakfast was pretty scarce as well, even though we went at 6am as soon as it started. 」

「Nice place in a convienent location. Bathroom had issues, broken toliet seat and really needed a good sweeping. Beds were comfortable with clean linen. But overall, I would stay there again.」

「A basic continental breakfast was included. Staff were friendly. Rooms were small and clean but ours did not have a mini fridge. There is an amazing view though!! Ask for a second floor balcony room. The pool was not open yet when we visited in mid April. Dinner at the restaurant was just mediocre. There are several other food options at the base of the mountain though. 」

「There was NO internet connection and I had business I needed to finish in the evening. The red “you have a message” light was on. When I finally went to the lobby and found someone, he said to disregard the flashing red light (it was still on this morning when I left) and said something about the motel had called someone to fix the internet connection but they hadn’t come! I honestly think the hotel should have returned some of the cost of the room. Is it too late for them to do that? Milton...
