"I have been staying in some pretty low budget hotels so for me, this place was delightful. Even the stairwells (I’m a stair vs elevator person) were carpeted and clean; very nice!
The bedding was delightful and I definitely notice the air conditioning was t too loud in the room which with cheaper hotels that’s always the case.

"West Plains MO a small town in the Ozark, for an older hotel it was in good shape, clean, did not smell, Air Conditioner worked well. Nice swimming pool.
Had an issue with toilet and staff took care of it immediately. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was typical of Continental Breakfast.
Only complaint was that they do not have automatic doors which made it difficult to use luggage carts or for Handicapped Guests to enter/exit. I Would stay there again."
