Замечательный Отель. Все чисто, уютно, красиво. Номер просторный и светлый. В номере тепло. Есть чайник, бесплатные бутылочки с питьевой водой, чай, сахар. Можно посетить бассейн и сауну. Бассейн 25-метровый. Прекрасные завтраки. На выбор предлагался английский, европейский или русский завтрак. При отеле есть ресторан с авторской кухней. Поужинать можно как в самом ресторане, так и в лобби баре. Вкусно.

Неплохо, но есть потенциал для улучшения

В целом - нормально. "Своеобразно" расположен центральный вход - с торца, упирается в забор, без пандуса для багажа. Завтрак вкусный, а дополнительные условия качественные. Но обратил внимание, что нужна более серьёзная чистка коврового покрытия, косметический ремонт отдельных элементов номера, более внимательный уход за элементами сантехники и плинтусами (пятна, соли, ржавчина), ну и конечно, чтобы дверные ручки не отваливались (в случае с моим номером).

Great Hotel

Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Nice restaurant. Great staff in the bar, very attentive. Large, clean rooms with good amenities. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again.

Оазис спальном районе Брянска.

Отличный отель! Пожелания: 1. Поскольку на входе в отель крутая лестница, которая не предназначена даже для перемещения чемоданов на колесиках, желательно, чтобы персонал был поуслужливее и оказывал содействие постояльцам при заезде и выезде на этом коротком участке; 2. Устройство отеля вполне соответствует четырем звездам. Ресторан великолепен! 3. На окна в номерах, которые "смотрят" на убогие строения, я бы предложил жалюзи. 4. Городским властям держать равнение на уровень этого отеля!!! Приедем еще!

Всего одно НО!

Из плюсов: Чисто, уютно, все работает. Закрытая парковка (для этого района - важно). Спортзал плюс бассейн входят в стоимость. Отличный завтрак. Единственный, но огромный минус: шумно( Была гостем 2 ночи (выходные). В ресторане были мероприятия. Громко, весело, до часу ночи( Огромная просьба к тем, кто принимает решения о мероприятиях в ресторане: думайте о гостях отеля.

Прекрасный отель!

Добрый день всем, останавливались в отеле на одну ночь, но получили массу положительных эмоций !! Замечательный отель очень - очень высокого уровня!! Все понравилось ! начиная от внимательного отношения при заезде и прекрасно оформленного Лобби бара до тишины во время сна в номере!Огромный очень красиво оформленный номер с потрясающим светом! можно включить любое освещение на выбор и очень яркое и приятно приглушенное, мягкий ковролин, набор для чая ( чайник, кружки, чай, сахар), большой телевизор, большие кровати с чистейшим постельным бельем, халаты, тапочки, банные принадлежности, очень удобный красивый санузел. После заселения спустились в фитнесс- центр в бассейн , по мне так вода была нормальная, а маме показалась холодной и она не плавала, есть сауна где немного погрелись. Процедуры конечно расслабляют! Спасибо отелю! Вечером спустились на ужин в ресторан, ресторан очень красивый, - все располагает к отдыху!!, решили не заказывать бизнес-ужин так как в этот день нам предложили рыбные котлеты, а мы их не очень любим , предложили поменять на мясные - но мы решили заказать по меню, цены обычные как везде в ресторанах , все приготовлено очень вкусно и порции большие .Завтрак в отеле входит в стоимость, шведский стол, есть все необходимое для нормального полноценного завтрака, очень вкусная каша, яичница глазунья, овощи, запеканка творожная, нарезка сырная и мясная, сухие завтраки и т.д. Это замечательный отель -рекомендую всем.

Новый отличный суперотель в Брянске

Отель совсем новый. Прекрасно оборудованные номера, все продумано до мелочей и тонкостей. В номерах 4-5 варианта верхнего освещения, что очень удобно. Пребывание было очень уютным и комфортным. Также в отеле расположен отличный фитнес центр с бассейном, который можно посетить в первой половине дня (7:00-13:00) для проживающих в отеле бесплатно. В целом впечатление от отеля самые позитивные и можно сказать, что хочется туда ещё раз вернуться. Из многих схожих по населенности городов Центральной России один из лучших отелей. Правда есть и ряд минусов: 1) расположен в депрессивном районе далеко от центра; 2) парковка только снаружи перед отелем, во двор за ворота не пускают, а учитывая специфичность района это напрягает 3) завтрак однообразен и выбор скуден; что даже за любыми простыми соусами (кетчуп, горчица, майонез) необходимо гонять официанта отдельно на кухню. 4) душевая перегородка в номере красива и современна, но совершенно не герметична, при любой манере приема душа на полу ванной образуются огромные лужи для уборки которых необходимо приглашать горничную каждый раз. Если устранить все эти недоработки, кроме пункта 1, то пребывание гостей в отеле станет более удобным и комфортным. Хочется расчитывать на клиентоориентированность администрации отеля или его собственников.
