At times, I had to wait 10–20 minutes for hot water to become available. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance expectations.」

「When we arrived we’re were given a “key” to our room. After entering we quickly realized that this was someone’s else’s room because their things were still there. Good thing they weren’t stepping out of the shower when we entered! Back to the desk..no apologies just here’s another room for you. We quickly left for. Our planned event and only realized the next morning that there wasn’t any soap or shampoo! Pretty expensive stay not to at least have the basics We both found the hotel in need...

「Be aware that parking is not on site!!! And adds significant cost and inconvenience. Also be aware this is a virtual experience, and the people you may end up speaking with are not in this country. Check in is quite involved ; uploading drivers license, selfie, etc. It was terrible trying to find parking from instructions. Once I figured all this out, which was really frustrating, I’d be fine with the next virtual experience with Kasa, and I might consider it. Younger generations will find it...
