Front staff was lovely and very helpful. I also appreciated that the lobby had games if you wanted to do something outside of your room, but not leave the hotel. It was also a clever idea to have QR codes you could scan for different things to do around town. That said the maintenance of the hotel was not good. The shower rod was coming off the wall, for being an accessible room the shower was unsafe because of how it easy it was to slip in it, one of our towels was soaking wet when we got to the room, the room was not properly swept/vacuumed, the lobby had areas that were clearly leaking and no signage was put up to make you aware of those issues, and the breakfast wasn't kept up on very well. Is it the worst hotel I've stayed at? No, but it needs work.
