Had very good experience at the hotel Staff had excellent attitude and very accommodating. They allow us to check in 5 hours early and checkout one hour late. Also guide us and answer all our questions.

Superbe adresse

Séjour fantastique ! L’hôtel est tout proche du centre, des restaurants et de la zone piétonne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et d’une propreté exemplaire ! Le service est impeccable. Si nous retournons un jour à Bruxelles, nous retournerons certainement dans cet hôtel. Je recommande vivement !

Good hotel, neat rooms and friendly staff.

Great hotel, friendly staff. The bathroom was quite spacious. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. A carpark facility right next to the hotel was very convienient. The hotelstay was an overall good experience. The location of the hotel is not that great though, wouldn't walk outside alone at night.

It was really hot, but our room did not have any ac or air for cooling rooms were nice shower was good too but definitely needed air con for a good nights sleep

The worse and most stressful experience imaginable. May appear nice and friendly at a reasonable costs but i wouldn't stay here if it was free. Awful customer service. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Vorteile: Gute Matrazen, recht ruhig, gute Abdunklung. Nachteile: Zu warm nachts, Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden, tagsüber sehr dunkles Zimmer und da das Hotel nur 9 Parkplätze anbietet, das nächstgelegene Parkhaus voll war und Straßenparkplätze rar sind miserable Parksituation für anreisen mit dem Auto.

Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, welches gut zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Zimmer sind sauber,aber schon etwas abgewohnt.Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps. Das Hotel hat einen coolen Style und ist familienfreundlich. Leider hat es nur wenige Parkplätze beim Hotel, die man nicht vorher reservieren kann.
