Room was upgraded without payment, for a gorgeous double suite. Central location was extremely helpful so didn’t need to use public transport. Member of staff constantly at reception so felt extremely safe - also had a key card security button on the door. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

A nice bohemian style Hotel, small lobby reception area and a tiny lift for the rooms great that there was free tea, coffee and nibbles in the reception area during the day. Breakfast no longer served at the hotel, but the café nearby was really good, and the hotel give you a voucher. The room itself was quite nice, although very dark inside. lacking a little on storage/hanging space and an open shower with a sink right by it. The hotel was in a great location for a main Grand palace and shops.

I was impressed by the quality of the hotel/room considering how affordable it was. Located in a great area, walking distance to lots of great restaurants/bars/shopping etc The staff were all extremely hospitable and the room was decently maintained. I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony facing the plaza which was an added bonus.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal fue amable pero realmente las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas y considero que deberían tener mayor mantenimiento y atención en la limpieza.

This hotel is all about location, location and location. It’s very close to the Grand Place, right next to the historical center of Brussels. But the building is old, you will smell that when you go to the elevator. Rooms are super tiny, clean, but you will have a very limited space. No closet, or drawers to put your clothes, just a place to hang a few stuff. Window view to an enclosed stairway, so zero view. Fortunately I’m not claustrophobic. I stayed just a couple of nights. But if I would be planning to stay more days in Brussels, I definitely look for another place. Not all was bad, staff was very helpful and super friendly.

Hôtel minimaliste mais central dans Bruxelles. Petit bémol : Le petit déjeuner qui avait été réservé s’est transformé en voucher (d’un montant moindre que la réservation) sans que l’on ait été prévenu à prendre dans un café proche.
