Convenient location

A hygienic hotel, located at a convenient spot. It’s near the train station and the metro station and just a 15 minute walk from the city centre.

不错的酒店

总体来说酒店非常不错,没有什么可挑剔的地方.唯一的问题是酒店提到的免费停车场,免费停车场也很宽松很容易找到车位,但是治安有问题,有些小流氓在停车场收取停车费,费用虽然不高,但是心里很不爽.我把状况反映给酒店服务员后,好心的服务员让我把车停到酒店门口,非常感谢酒店的服务员,也给酒店点赞!!

The staff is not very profession AND the hotel's asile had weired smell but the room is clean. besides, the hotel is located in the Anderlecht street which is near amusement park so sometimes we can hear many people's screaming because there is a giant free fall over there.

Clean but small

It was clean but the view was bad because we leaving on first floor and they were decorating facade so we had to close the windows for whole day.Also the room was small and no desk. The hotel near to Midi station where can take train to other countries and also close to Lemonnier metro station. But you need to beware of your belongings in Brussels because the thiefs stolen my wallet in Lemonnier station about five to six people forced in to the train for a second. One of them stepped on my feet to divert my attention and stolen my wallet quickly. We found the nearest police station as soon but the document that police gave me was french and just stated the case number without any details about my wallet so we came to police station again of the next day with asking the certification document to claim the insurance. We walked to city center about 15-20mins on the follow days. It was bad experience in Brussels but I was delighted the staff of the hotel translate the police document for us. They are all helpful.

房間整潔，空間也算大，睡房也算舒服。 這樣的價錢，算不錯了。 和brusells-zuid/midi火車站也算相近，去周邊城市也很方便。 附近也有電車站，去Grand Place也很快，但走路的話就有點距離。 由於這區晚上比較冷清，夜歸時要小心一點。

酒店位置尚算方便，但房間隔音不足，設備簡陋，還有一陣異味。若是選擇此酒店請不要太高要求，入黑後酒店附近治安不太好，若是女住客請入黑前回到酒店。

During my stay, the hotel was under renovation. So, it's a bit dirty near the window and dusty. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and the place for breakfast is great, especially for the wifi. But, at the room wifi sometime is good sometime can't be connected

Arrival - plenty of noisy guest workers in lobby. Very unfriendly guy at the reception - playing with his phone while making check-in. Corridor- smell of Indian take away on the floor. Room - rather clean, but broken window, impossible to close it, not funny in November. Couldn’t sleep in this hotel.

The room is horrible the electricity plug are broken droppings out of the walls not safe to plug nothing in there. Room is dark, there is no mirror in the bathroom the shower is broken, the room is not properly cleaned some spot full of dust. There is no sign to put at the dor like do not disturb simple and basic

Fantastic location

The lobby, the room, the corridors, the lift were all very clean but there were a few cigarette buts on the balcony. I could not access the Internet in my room but it worked very well in the lobby where there is plenty of space to sit comfortably at one of the small tables. Television didn't work in my room either. Apparently this was a temporary problem because the channels had to be readjusted and further work needed to be done. Location is superb, in a cute square with a water feature, flowers, cafés and restaurants. Close to the centre of town, to the Eurostar terminal and multi-ethnic shops.

Špína, Nebezpečná čtvrť Bruselu, ne ne ne ne !

Pár hodin po příjezdu jsem musel opustit hotel ! Rozbitá postel, špína, nefunkční sprcha, bez klimatizace, pokoj bez vybavení , funkční pouze jedo malé světlo na celý pokoj, hlučný hotel, nebezpečná čtvrť brusellu v sousedství s africkým ghettem, nedoporučuje se po setmění vycházet. Hnus.. nikdy více !
