Ryan at the front desk was AMAZING! In this day and age of minimized service in so many places, Ryan was a refreshing reminder of what great service with a smile and positive energy is all about! Room was great. Location was great. Could have been a few more "healthy" options for breakfast.

The Hampton Inn North Olmsted was super quiet - the staff was very friendly and helpful - plenty of parking - convenient to everywhere we needed to be - bedding and towels were fresh and turnover available upon request. Cleaning staff was very detailed and friendly. We will be using this as our home away from home when visiting family in the area.

Such a great hotel. I loved the style and historical pictures. The rooms are spacious and offer a great view of the airport to watch planes landing and taking off.

We loved our stay. We were upgraded to a Suite and enjoyed the separate bedroom. The kitchen area was great but would have been nicer if it had utensils and kitchen towels or paper towels.
We have been shopping around for a Suite type room with a furnished kitchen and stove. If it had a more complete kitchen we would be back for sure.

Nice property. Clean. Very good service. The only negative might be how the morning buffet is handled. Apparently you must have a problem with people who are not guests coming in for breakfast. Person supervising that area kept asking for our room numbers. Didn’t write them down anywhere or ask our names. Maybe you should just secure the area and require room key to access it. The woman doing the asking was very conscientious and did a nice job laying out and supplying the buffet items.
