Best hospitality ever! The property is absolutely devine, it sits over the river has the most beautiful and peaceful views. The hotel has a mid-century modern style and the staff is excellent, they can answer most questions about the city, their culture and history. We highly recommend staying there. I personally would like to thank Jimmy for his hospitality and our lovely stay.

Hotel is within a 15 minute walk to all local points of interest and attractions. The area is quiet and safe. Lobby is bright and modern. Staff seems eager to serve and please from the first moment the doors are open to the check-in process which will include welcome drinks (non-alcoholic in this country) and discount coupons for the local in-house restaurant. Free green apples as well as ice water and apple juice are available in the lobby at all times. Our room was reasonably spacious, modern...

The staff of the hotel are great- from the shuttle service, to helping us plan for excursions, they went out of the way and above/beyond what is expected. I would happily stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Brunei. The staff make the difference.

Great! A comfortable shuttle bus from the airport was waiting for me as arranged, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. I found my room to be of appropriate size,, very clean and in perfect condition. During the night I could enjoy a comfortable bed and absolute silence. For the sightseeing I could reach all my points of interest (mosques, night market, ferry area...) by walking, as planned. Also, there's plenty of restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. Check-out went smoothly and I was...

Loved our stay here. The hotel was very accommodating. Due to its remote location they offer a shuttle service at certain hours. We found that they were very flexible with the service allowing us to move around more freely than otherwise which is great. The shuttle service is quite expensive otherwise and we were only forced to pay extra once during the stay

My Times Hotel room was clean and I consider it to be an excellent “price performer.”
Most impressive were staff members who helped me and answered a few questions regarding my one-night stay. Most notable was Mr. Somady who arranged, with minimal advance notice, a driver who took me on a multi-hour, fascinating experience inside and outside the city.
Nearby the Times Hotel is a nice running track running track that I discovered and used for some morning exercise.

While this was the most expensive lodging that I used during my stay in Southeast Asia, it provided bonuses that made up for the higher price. The breakfast was varied and filling, the included tour was excellent, and free transportation is, on occasion, available to nearby city locations. All of the hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Their efforts ensured that my short stay in Brunei was very productive and rewarding in terms of sight seeing and cultural experience.
