This hotel was excellent. It was a beautiful property, in a great location (just a block or so off the main square and easy walking distance to the main things to see in Bruges) and with great service. I highly recommend it.

Exceptional in every way

Beautiful building and impeccably maintained. Small boutique hotel in the heart of Bruges. Can’t really fault anything and I wouldn’t want to after our perfect weekend there. The building is exactly as in the photographs and the quality of service is exceptional. In fact the attention to detail at the hotel really makes it stand out against others we have been to. It’s the little things that separate the good from the great and this hotel does it all perfectly. Every member of staff we interacted with were a credit to themselves and the quality of this establishment, and we could not have enjoyed a better experience without their effortlessly excellent service at all times.

The property is nice with lovely service. The rooms are small and a bit dated. It drives me a little nuts when hotels say they have a gym but they don’t. All the machines were broken and didn’t work. It was just a junk room not a gym. Wouldn’t take much but I guess they don’t care.

A charming, well-appointed, perfectly-located boutique hotel with excellent, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Be sure to book a dinner at the restaurant, as it is an incredible experience. Easy walk to all the major sites and shopping, and only two blocks to the bus stop for the train station makes it so easy for day trips (Ghent, for example). Large, comfortable room (separate sitting area and spacious bathroom). Why stay anywhere else in Bruges?
