I then tried calling twice and received no answer and then messaged again and received a text back stating I had to pay an additional fee which I found disappointing. I was asked to complete a mandatory pre check in where I was asked to pay for the room. 「Easy check-in, nice room layout, and very clean. This is an aging hotel that needs a facelift in the bathrooms to replace chipped sinks and tubs to bring it up to support their pricing.」

「The cabin wasn’t clean and full of ants. There were no linens in the beds and no shampoo (this is the first time we didn’t have it all all of the holiday parks we’ve been). The only things that saves the holiday here was the pool and the jumping pillow. 」

「Clean bedroom with ensuite and friendly staff at reception and the restaurant. The menu was varied and the food quality good, with a good range of non-alcoholic beers. I slept with the window open as the plug-in fan could only be set for up to 2hrs; it would've been inconvenient to wake up too hot every 2 hrs and restart it. My room was above the car park and disco, which thankfully finished at 10pm on a Saturday. 」
