「I did not stay at that wretched hovel; it was posted as a hotel, however it is someone’s attempt at a fraudulent cash grab. It was false advertising, then when I challenged Hotels.com they tried to paint it as an AIRBnB…NOT! It was more akin to Norman Bates creepy ass lodge. Garden view my butt! 」

「We didn't stay as the room the property changed the room that we booked at the last minute and didn't even inform us until we called to arrange our arrival. The new room that they offered wasn't acceptable to us so we advised Expedia and stayed elsewhere.」

「There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. It wasn't until I checked the Visa Bill, did I realize we had been charged twice. After contacting them, it was eventually resolved and we got most of our money back minus fees. We...
