「Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

「In a lovely setting location, just on the edge of the town, pleasant stroll, passing a couple of pubs. Had a great meal at night. Good choice on the menu. Well cooked food for breakfast, lovely bread, cereal, fresh fruit. Good for parking and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Will use again, very handy for Blists Hill especially now it’s a National Trust property.」

「The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

「入住的房間與hotel.com顯示的完全是兩回事 ; 浴室不在房內，在走廊對面 ; 浴簾扞有損壞，一拉幾乎跌下來 ; 房間狹窄，可能70平方英尺也不足 ; 房內燈光昏暗。」

「The rooms were clean and comfortable and belied the rather inauspicious entrance out the back of the pub. There were little touches (water, coffee/tea and biscuits) that made us feel welcome. The beds were very comfy.」

「We have previously stayed up in room 8 at the top of the property where it has been a lot quieter . This stay we were facing the outside of the seating area where we were not able to sleep because of chatting till 02-30 . This was on the Friday night 22/5/26. Bathroom not cleaned properly scum marks in bath and sink. Bath took along time to drain after a shower and all dirty particles in bath after eventually draining . I like the Swan Tap but was disappointed this time .」

「Ideal situation to see Iron Bridge and visit museums. Although on the down side there were lots of stairs to our room . The room was clean and beds comfortable but we found it a bit cold . The staff were very friendly and helpful .」
