The Garden Apartment

"Came from the states for a stay to see the sights and visit some friends- overall, wonderful experience. Check in directions were received before arrival, but definitely felt a bit like a scavenger hunt! Ended up in Eley’s Pork Pies to chat with the hosts and figure out how to check in. Navigated up a path behind the Tontine, through a gate, and into the area of the apartment. Parking was a bit of a bear but is doable. Apartment was quaint and lovely- everything you need for a cozy stay. Clean, organized, adorable garden area. Had to get used to how to properly lock/unlock doors. Communication with the host was a little tricky- we wanted to request more towels and discovered the phone number wasn’t working, so sent a form through their website. Took a couple days, but was successful. The area was amazing- tons of shops to grab a bite, a coffee, or even an antique. Ironbridge is gorgeous- highly recommend going on a hike and exploring! In conclusion it was a very nice, unique and comfy stay. Couple minor adjustments, but made for a super experience."

"We had a 3 night stay and loved it! The accommodation was beautifully decorated and in excellent condition throughout. 2 bedrooms with en suites upstairs. Comfortable bedding and good quality linens. Downstairs is made up of a large living room with exceptional views of the actual Ironbridge. A large kitchen diner with all amenities you think you would need. The addition of an unexpected hamper was an absolute joy; biscuits, crisps, a range of drinks, tea, coffee, sugar, soap... We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it! There's even parking included!"

"Perfect location, lovely room with a fantastic view. Lovely little extras. Shower lovely, I found the bed really hard but my hubby found it ok. Looking at the reviews I seem to be the only one! The mini fridge was a bit noisy but not too bad. The room felt really warm but the fan was great! Iron bridge is so quaint and peaceful."

"No tv, we and they could not get it to work. No A/C so it was not. No parking close by. Just seemed like we had to search for the staff to get counter service or look for them to get a drink. Room was ok, location was good, directly across from the Ironbridge site."

"This is a beautiful house right in Ironbridge! We would very happily go back, the house is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, the owners thought of everything. My daughter loved the games and chess board. With the cottage being right by the bridge, the view is lovely! Super comfortable bed, 5 stars!! The pedestrian street is so pretty, you must go up the hill and do the round loop, beautiful and peaceful."
