Shower rail was broken when we arrived and touching the hand set made it fall off the wall. Booked for dinner No table available, only one staff member who was staffing the bar and taking meal orders and delivering food to the tables. All other amenities were great and the rooms were clean and comfortable with great air conditioning and a fan

Beautiful pool area and well kept grounds. Room a good size with all amenities you would need. Bathrooms a little dated but very clean. Instant hot water and great water pressure. Nice bar/restaurant area, pity it wasn’t open during the day and pity you couldn’t order drinks to take to your room

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. I like the topical feel within the well maintained gardens and pools. The room was clean but smaller than I anticipated, and I wasn’t keen on having and adjoining door to the room next door. I did feel breakfast was overpriced for what was on offer.

We had to stay overnight because of a cancelled flight to Perth. We wanted to get some groceries for the night. We were looking to walk or bus to the nearest store when one of the receptionists offered to take us herself as she was going to pick up her lunch. Amazing service and consideration. The resort was fine, just quite a long walk to Cable Beach (20 mins) and no shops close by.

For a 4 star accommodation the service was poor No lunch or snacks available Breakfast was very basic looked like it had been pick over even at 7.30 am half way through . We ring for coffee and milk after the room was serviced didn’t come. We picked them up from reception. The site was beautiful and clean including our room .

Requesting a refund on accommodation, spoken to manager today, room condition is appaulling, cleaning standards are very low standard. Room not cleaned for 5 days. Had to chase for towels/toilet paper. Staff at reception very good regarding customer service. Actually property is very nice, relaxing and well kept.

The unit was grubby, with broken furniture, dirty windows, and floors. I was so surprised that I took photographs. No room cleaning on a public holiday - excuse being to give guest privacy despite there being ‘do not disturb’ door hangers. (Not wanting to pay staff penalty rates perhaps) Pools were good.

Overall good but needs a refresh.

Stayed here 1 year ago for 3 nights, this time 9 nights. Bit of a muck up when checking in as overcharged us a large amount but got it sorted, but not like they were bending over backwards to sort it out. Room generally OK, Had kitchen, full size fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave plus crockery cutlery. No coffee maker but bought our own with us. Saggy couch, bed ok, room servicing a bit random, air con in lounge & main bedroom ok, 2nd bedroom air con just remains on freezing cold, needs a service technician. Bathroom toilet laundry all in one room. Washing machine ok, but dryer when it gets to end of cycle just goes to next cycle & keeps going. A guest not realising this may end up burning the place down. If Breakfast is included they are nothing special in fact by hotel standard very low quality. Bar has happy hour but quality of cocktails random, one night a great margarita, the next night worst one I ever had. Never had dinner there. Pool area really nice & clean water, although sides of pool need a good scrub. Not a great effort in keeping leaves etc raked up in the gardens. Was a hassle get an extra pool entry card. It’s 1.3km walk to beach but with beach redevelopment more like 1.7km. Local bus stops right outside service every 30 mins. If you need a Taxi, book in advance.. no Uber. Place needs a bit of a tidy up in the room, a plumber for less than half a day would sort the wonkey kitchen tap etc. No a bad place to stay, but they could do better.
