「One of the most pleasant stays I've ever had. The clerks at the desk were incredibly helpful. My room was clean, beautiful, and suited all of my needs! They had sugns posted on the doors to the lobby and in the elevators that they are under renovation, but there were no issues whatsoever with that. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely return! 」

「My reservation was ignored when I checked in. I reserved a room a month before and when I got there I was told it was unavailable. Room service was fair though no refills of coffee or tea were made while we were out. Parking was convenient and overall the hotel was clean and attractive. 「The property is under renovation. Hopefully the rooms will also be updated as they are a little out of date. Our room was spacious but unfortunately very noisy as it was close to the hospital (sirens and helicopters all night). Next time will ask for a room overlooking the back gardens.」
