「We stayed for just one night and had no complaints whatsoever. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and we left feeling well-rested. Bed was comfortable. 「Booked for an overnight stay in Ipswich for early morning appointment. The hotel was central close to local bus terminus and close to a wide range of restaurants and bars. 「There was no bedside light (despite there being two bedside tables) and no rubbish bin in the room. The curtains did not close properly. One window had a crack in it and there is no double glazing so the road outside was noisy. It was very hot, but we kept the windows closed to try to reduce the noise (no aircon).The staff were very helpful however (having moved us from a different room as the bathroom light wasn't working in that one).」
