"Our room was comfortable. I found it hard to know how to adjust the temperature. The chain lock on the door had been damaged so it could not be used. When we went to leave I could not get the door to open and thought we were trapped. I tried several times over a minute and then with a shove with the palm of my hand it finally unlocked. The shower is wide open on one side and water goes under the swinging glass panel"

"It’s an apartment with kitchenware. The place is fairly new and nicely remodeled, and the kitchen is very convenient. There are several grocery stores nearby, so it’s easy to pick up groceries and cook light meals. There are bus stops right below the building, although we had a rental car and drove instead. There’s also a parking garage nearby where you can pay to park. Our unit had two rooms, which was nice since there were three of us. The bedrooms face the street, though, so it was a bit noisy at night because of the traffic. The bathroom also had a slightly swampy/musty smell."

"Great hotel in the centre of Stavanger close to all attractions. Clean and comfortable, with large rooms and big windows. Breakfast, fika and dinner were part of the booking, which made our stay in Stavanger much simpler. The breakfast buffet has lots of options, with good coffee and quality teas also to choose from. Dinner is a single main changing every day, along with choices salads and soups. Overall we were very impressed by the hotel. Being in the centre of town there is a bit of noise at the weekend from the pubs below."

"I booked this hotel since it said it had parking. I stayed here at the beginning of my trip and I was able to get a spot. But on my return at the end of my trip there was no available parking. I had researched and there was a 24 Hour garage about a 7 minute walk so that was not bad. I felt safe in that garage. Just at the end of the day and $380 a night it would have been great to have parking at the hotel even though you pay separately for it. Staff is great. Very clean hotel. They have a delicious breakfast. The hotel is great. I would stay again. Just be aware though parking can be available you should be prepared to park elsewhere and walk to hotel."
