「I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...

「Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. 「War schon öfter da, ein solides und freundliches Hotel. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden allerdings wird’s abends schwierig. Alternativ parkgarage für 12€ die Nacht. Komme gerne wieder 」

「Die Unterkunft war Sauber und entsprach voll und ganz meinen anforderungen. Sie liegt guenstig gleich neben einer Autobusstation unweit ein fitness studio sowie einkaufcenter und cafés und ist sehr ruhig. Alles in Allem sehr gut! 」
