"Property was not very clean. The room had an odor. Elevator was operating erratically. Front desk staff was more interested in their cell phones than helping folks check out and in. Ice was only available on the first floor. Expected better for the price."

"Amenities other than the pool were none working. Had to keep asking office to fix amenities. Rooms needed better cleaning. Breakfast was very limited offering. Would not stay here again."

"This hotel is fairly new, but it’s clear that they are not keeping up with maintaining it. The bathroom and the shower were dirty. Little hairs all over the shower. Room service, if you can call it that was a joke. They changed out towels and that’s all. No bed making, no shower or bathroom cleaning, no apparent vacuuming. Walls in the common areas and elevator are dirty. 3 flat pillows on a king size bed. Just overall very disappointing with how new this hotel is. Probably won’t be staying here...

"Nice little hotel. The manager Sarah was so great. We drove over 20 hours from Des Moines, IA to North Carolina to visit our newborn granddaughter. We check in a little after 1 am. Exhausted! The room was really small and by morning the air conditioner stopped working. Not good! Went to the front desk that morning to tell them about the air conditioner.
