Very nice place in an nice quiet area of Brno. I think the street Schodova must have been named after a woman who really liked stairs. It is good exercise, but you can also take a tram which is opposite to the East.

Out of my expectations

If you like to stay in a cozy & quite place. This is absolute a good choice. After one hundred step stairways up to the top with my luggage, I thought 'OMG', I have to go up & down in next 3 days! But when I stepped into the front gate, go through the pathway to my room. The entire environment attract me so much, green & space everywhere. Room is clean & tidy, fully kitchen wares, toilet heat rack. I couldn't see anything is missing. If I come back to Brno, sure I'll pick this up again.

Petite chambre fonctionelle, beaucoup de rangements et plutôt bien pensée. Propre. Climatisation, télévision, sèche-cheveux, mini frigo… + la kitchenette commune qui peut suffire pour un séjour court. Seul point négatif les portes isoles peu de bruit

長距離バスターミナルから徒歩30分位 近くにシティバスのバス停はあるがそこそこの階段を登らなければならずスーツケースを利用してる人は辛いかも？別ルートが有るのかも？ チェックイン時にオーナーさんとのコンタクトがもう少し解りやすければ良いと思われます　解りやすいインターホンがあるとか…オーナーさんは解りやすい英語でエントランスの出入りチェックアウトの仕方等説明してくれて助かりました　周辺に大きな公園があってのんびりできます　観光地にも健脚なら徒歩で行く事ができます 設備はエアコン　冷蔵庫　簡易キッチン付きで清潔感もあり申し分ありません　コスパ良し　長期滞在にもおすすめのできます

Ideale Unterkunft ohne Frühstück

Das Zimmer ist sehr zentral, mit Bus 67 ist man schnell im Zentrum. Park ist in der Nähe. Zimmer sehr geräumig, Bett sehr gut. Schade ist nur, dass es kein Frühstück gibt. Aber ein Cafe ist in der Nähe, das aber sehr teuer ist.

De kamer was moderne. De matrassen op de bedden zijn op, doorgezakt, doorgelegen. Zo erg dat je geen goede nachtrust hebt. In de directe omgeving is er geen hotel personeel dat Engels spreekt. Ook alle informatie is NIET in het Engels. Wij gaan er niet meer naar toe.

公園の脇の高級住宅地なので、雰囲気が良い。

民泊なので、気楽に泊まれる。高級住宅地の中にあり、とても広い庭付きで、プールまで付いているので、とても快適に過ごせました。また、頑張れば、中央駅から歩くことができる。歩いて約20～30分くらい。また、通りを挟んで大きな公園があるので、朝、散歩したりできる。通りから結構ある階段を上らなければならないのがちょっと辛いが、足腰を鍛えてある人にはお勧めです。

Great stay, nice location

This is a small family-run hotel in a residential neighbourhood, in part of what must have been (or still be) a family home/villa. There is no permanent reception, but the owners were very accommodating, and we were able to check in slightly early. It's a short distance from a useful bus line, and a nice park. The way, however, is down a long set of stairs, so not for those with mobility problems. There is free parking on-site, behind a locked gate. There is a shared kitchen, and was a mini-fridge in our room. The furnishings are very modern. English, German, and Russian are apparently spoken (Czech and Slovak too, of course). There's at least one very good restaurant, and a small grocery store within two blocks. There was a small extra fee for the crib, but it was much nicer than your run-of-the-mill hotel crib.

Quick and easy check-in with first impressions very positive and continued throughout. Room was super clean and modern with no issues. I have already recommended to my friends for any of their stays in Brno.

The room is clean and comfortable, with a fair price! The environment around is great! The only fault is that the room is next to the front door, so it's a bit disturbing when other guests entering.
