「We enjoyed the atrium very much . The staff were definitely friendly and helpful and extremely professional.The hotel itself was nice and quiet and spotless. The breakfast was difficult due to my allergies so we went out to eat each of the five days.」

「The guy working was friendly and helpful. I arrived to check in at 12:30am, he gave me a key and pointed me to my room. After multiple attempts, I had to go back to have a new one printed - that one didn’t work either. He printed a third key and tried it himself, reliizing it didn’t work because someone was already staying in that room, for whatever reason, their system allows them to put multiple people in the same room, luckily the key didn’t work or we would have all been in for a surprise.」

「Nice updated or new hotel only down far was finding it as it’s located behind a gas station and you have to use their parking lot to access the hotel parking lot and there was no signage indicating the best western. Bed and rooms we comfortable. Breakfast was normal complimentary hotel breakfast. Never used pool, was hoping for a hot tub but there wasn’t one at this location.」

「Beautiful place, but needs more friendly staffs and was out of service for all days that we stayed, breakfast was good but rooms was not cleaned I have to request it」

「This was a quick one night stay for us and overall it was good. The room was bigger than I expected and clean. The pillows on the bed were less than great but they got the job done.」

「Stayed for several days. Room ok, bedding fresh and clean. TV no signal until the day we checked out, must have been a fluke! Had our phones anyway so it didn't matter much. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Not a bad stay!」

「The hotel room was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. What I don’t appreciate is the housekeeping people waking us up on the last day. Check out is noon and we had the do not disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping knocked at 9:15 and woke us up. I told the man we are staying until checkout. Yet he came back a little after 11 and knocked again. There should be better coordination so housekeeping knows when a person has left or at the very least, honor the do not disturb sign until...
