The host did not respond to door bell, phone calls and voice mails from me and customer service agent. I was left stranded in the cold for about 2 hours and had to book another accommodation because my phone battery was already low and power bank was already used up. It was at the point Uber almost arrived to transport me to the newly booked hotel that the host then spoke to me through the door bell claiming to have sent me log in details when I used the chat box on Expedia which she didn’t. I was meant to check in on 24th April and out on 25th but received check in details via email on the 26th of April. I want a refund of my booking fee because I ended up spending extra to book an hotel.
