Computers were down when we checked in.
Desk clerk was very rude and wouldn’t let us go to our room until she finally gave in after I asked again.
Didn’t offer anything as a courtesy and when another employee suggested they give us a card to get into the room she said that was only for emergencies and that it wasn’t that important to accommodate us or the others waiting.
As I said before customer service was not very friendly at all. Manager Debbie K. was Very rude. Windows didnt open. Heat ticking ALL Night. I ? Bedbugs for valid reasons..Sad & Digested I paid so much just to see my😞

I am sorry that the HVAC unit was noisy and disrupted your sleep. I have spoken to the front desk agents that were on staff during your stay and they say there was no mention of bed bugs from you but as we do take these complaints very seriously, housekeeping and maintenance have both inspected the room and found no evidence of bed bugs. The front desk supervisor was spoken to regarding the situation and we have addressed how the situation could have been handled differently but it is my understanding you used profanity with her which is not acceptable in any situation. Again, I do apologize that the HVAC system disrupted your sleep, and we did try to address that issue with you on property, but you denied every attempt for us to do so.
There was chewed up gum in the sheets and one of the beds. Only offer was to change sheets . Manager manager Debbie Kerrson was Very rude. The heating unit kept ticking is all night long. I barely slept.

I am so sorry that was your experience with our hotel. I have spoken with the front desk agents and it is my understanding that we offered to move your room so you would not be inconvenienced by the noise and you declined that offer. There was no chewed gum on the sheets when housekeeping inspected the room on either of the beds and that was not a complaint that was brought to the attention of the front desk. I am sorry that the noise of the HVAC unit affected your sleep. The unit has since been repaired by maintenance.
I had no problems with the hotel. Expedia on the other had caused me to almost lose my job! I had to pay the hotel and you because my flight was cancelled and the people at Expedia were rude and refused to help me.

I would have really liked a microwave in the room especially arriving so late, and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner with more towels/wash cloths but very nice stay

Very clean property.. staff was friendly. room was immaculate. Food at dining area was very good.. coffee in downstairs area was also very good(Starbucks) .we wanted to use the pool but we ran out of time(only here 1 night)
I am very picky and found place very good. I would recommend.
The property is average, it's not a high end hotel. It's in an industrial area and there aren't many things around. You have to drive a ways away to enjoy the city.

Clean but noisy - needs better lighting
Just okay- room was clean but noisy- doors are so heavy that people slam them all night. Bed was big and clean but not that comfortable. Bad lighting- bathroom was so bright it burned your eyes and the room was pitch black- need to add some soft lighting in some areas or just in the shower area so you can get around during the night. Breakfast was good- friendly staff.
The staff was exceptional during my stay. The restaraunt on property was great. The only issue is the layout with the parking lot and front entrance not being close. I give this 5 star even during a power outage!
We were able to check in early, as requested. The room was clean, housekeeper in hall was very friendly. My only complaint was that breakfast wasn't included. They did have breakfast in one of their restaurants, but had to pay for it.
