「Lisa was very thorough and explained everything. She also suggested me the good restaurant and places to visit. Enjoyed my stay」

「Lovely room. Nice breakfast.」

「Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

「Great area. Perfect for what we needed, and good customer service provided.」

「Bathroom clean, room secure, could do with more pillows though Right next to town and the museum 15/30 minute walks to Hyppodrome and aquarium/other attractions Finding parking was easy enough 」

「The location was good, within 10-15 walking distance to city centre. A big car park nearby (5/10min walk) . Room was clean and fair size for the price we paid. First time I have stayed in a place provided with hot chocolate drink and biscuits which were a warm touch to the guests. However, the shower we had was painfully slow and unstable to use. None the less , I would appreciate if I were informed in advance that our room was at the top floor (3rd/4th?) , having to take our suit cases to climb...

「Everything was great, staffs are very helpful and informative. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great and the price is reasonable. Stayed a great night there.」

「房間寬敞舒適, 早餐的熱食可以 order 然後飯店立刻準備; 無線網路使用正常; 戶外風景好, 視野也夠遠; 由於距離市中心有一段的步行距離, 若是有開車會比較方便」

「Very friendly staff. Nice pub and restaurant downstairs. Our room was on the street side and above pub outdoor seating, so it was a little noisy. One of our windows didn’t shut completely, which didn’t help. But it quieted down a lot at night. Very clean and comfortable.」

「Staff were really friendly on arrival, had already filled up and heated the hot tub. Room was clean and was lovely to stay in, couldn’t ask for more. Will defiantly use again」
