"Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Man fühlt sich willkommen in diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das einzige was man monieren könnte ist die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zimmerausstattung. Ansonsten war aber alles perfekt!"

"This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. Staff super friendly, helpful, and present. Lots of options for breakfast. Hotel in a quiet area, but like I said with easy transport to train station. Nice running path along the river. Fitness room had foam rollers which were amazing to loosen up muscles after long days of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you!"

"Overall Impression: The Sol Foundation conference was worthwhile, though less engaging than expected. The venue felt cramped, and the bed was undersized and uncomfortably firm. Dining was disappointing by Italian standards—uninspired dishes, with off-tasting bacon and overly runny eggs, compounded by unaccommodating restaurant staff. Bar great ... kid in Hall ...Buzz off Highlights: The €100 massage was truly exceptional—one of the best I’ve experienced—and the pool attendant was remarkably kind and attentive. Concerns: At checkout, the hotel attempted to charge €50 for pressing a dress I never owned, which was troubling. Recommendation: A pleasant location overall, but future guests should request a room upgrade and temper expectations regarding service and dining."

"Upon check-in I had to submit my e-mail address for tickets but never received anything. Room was a bit small but OK and with a great view. Restaurant terrace and view excellent. Received a nice token birthday gift which was thoughtful. Staff members were all very friendly. Second night, someone in the neighborhood was blasting loud music all night, which cut into sleeping time. That was unfortunate. Overall, our stay was good."

"Absolutely stunning part of the hniverse. Ideal for humans. Make sure you get a lake facing room with a balcony and so on as I just stopped off for a nap and just took a sungle room without balcony but the view was spectacular through the window. Unfortunately there was some type of office motivational meeting for a company when I visited so all the name badges gave me Betty Ford flashbacks. It was extremely peaceful though, breakfasting was mediocre, bed was very comfortable and showering and toileting facilities were very good!"
