"Room key card does not work. Ring the reception green bell. No one on duty. Automaticaly forward to voice mail.waiting for 3 hours. Cannot get in touch somebody. Move one night to other hotel. No compensation. Terribly bad service. Never stay this hotel."

"The hotel itself was fantastic and staff welcoming. Bed was comfortable and roon spaciaous with plenty of storage space. Down side, mould on ceilings, exhaust fan not working and full of dirt and dust, really difficult to fill the kettle for a cuppa."

"The room was clean, and very spacious, it had everything that I needed.. I love the big hanging baskets, they are beautiful.I I thought the surrounds up to the garden view rooms, had been let go a bit, which makes you feel like you are staying in a forgotten area."
