Great size property,the parking fee per night is hefty especially when you have to listen to construction noise 24hrs a day. A topper on the mattreas would defs make a difference. Overall a pleasant stay

The location of the property was fantastic with regards to walking distance to Star Casino, Queen Street mall and Southbank. A short uber trip to and from the domestic airport. Great views towards the river and casino. Dislikes were having the AC locked to a certain temperature, no TV in the main bedroom.

Wedding Night stays

We stayed for our wedding night & the lovely staff left us a sweet note & some petals on the bed. Great location & even though the room is a bit dated, it was clean. Will happily stay here again.

The property is an older building and did display some signs of the years of wear, however the location and conditions and level of comfort was really great. As an older couple the only presenting issue for us was having to climb over a very high bath to access the shower for daily use. Kind regards JJ

Due to to being fully booked we may have got an older room. Was fairly dated and cupboards had missing veneer. Both sofa's had had crumbs and white debris all over them, had to brush it off before use. The rest of the hotel was extremely modern and staff were very friendly. Would stay again in newer rooms.

The bathroom shower/bath combo was an accident waiting to happen. The height of the bath and the awkwardness of actually getting into the bath/shower was terrible. My husband has a back injury and getting into the bath was very hard. I fear that my elderly parents would have no hope in even attempting to get into bathe. Very dangerous and not practical at all. Not for anyone. There was only one dinner plate, not enough crockery for two people to have a meal. However, the location of Mantra was convenient for our weekend away. The communication from Mantra to advise there were no parking available on site prior to arriving was helpful but disappointing.

The unit we rented was independently owned but the carpet was so grubby and stained that the occupants were uncomfortable. There was a table placed over a huge stain, a table was damaged - the wood was separating as if it had been water damaged. The unit itself was clean but the condition of the floor and damage to the furniture spoiled the occupants time there. The communication from the staff was good however they were fully booked so could not move to another apartment. This was a gift for one of our staff members who has been going through a tough time and disappointing to know they had this issue during their stay.
