Great location, within easy walking distance to supermarket and local cafes. We arrived outside reception hours and the instructions were clear, very easy process. Overall very happy with our stay however there are few things that could have been improved. - we had a hire car and on the morning of departure our fob would not undo the gate so we could exit the car park. This also happened to someone else the day prior as we had to open the gate for them as we were heading out for the day. - Room could do with some general maintenance. The main bathroom sink was blocked. -The shutters over one of the windows in the main bedroom couldn’t be closed and as the blinds leave a large gap the room was very bright at night. - Two windows would not close completely - no spare bin liners, we ended up using our grocery bags to dispose of rubbish from our 5 night stay.

I had a fantastic 7-night stay. The location is excellent - close to numerous eateries, supermarkets, South Bank, Brisbane City, and public transport. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great balcony offering suburb views. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

What I loved most about the Arena Apartments: while we were only here for one night, our party of six agreed that we got a feel for what it might be like to live in the West End neighborhood. We were clearly staying in a property where some of the apartments were occupied by full time residents which added to the experience. Having a full apartment with a living area and a kitchen was what we needed (after three nights in a hotel room) and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood, finding great eating options both for breakfast and dinner. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Brisbane.
