「The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. 「This is a beautiful facility with well cared gardening. I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members are very friendly. Hot water comes quick. The site is in walking distance to downtown and water front. Very convenient. ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. 「Stay for 7 days, the view was perfect, but the house keeping was not good, cockroach can be seen everywhere. There was no clean up at all. Just refill only.」
