Nothing around hotel as it’s in commercial area near by ferry port. But nice and organised hotel.

Nice, clean and excellent staff

We had a great time. The place was very clean. The hot water pressure was great and really nice after a long drive. The room and bathroom were clean. But the best was service provided by the front desk person Francesco. I really want to call out his help. We arrived on 31 Dec so everything was closed. He helped us find a place to eat and followed up to see if we got something. He even offered to order pizza if we did not find something to eat. His service, and attention to follow up was what made the whole trip memorable. Even without Francesco's attention this place is great. Parking is next to the room, and the place is safe (even though this is in an industrial zone) since the place is enclosed. Highly recommended.

Struttura molto particolare .

Struttura molto particolare nel centro della zona industriale e portuale di Brindisi. Camera spaziosa, pulita ma con tanta puzza di fumo. Parcheggio comodo. La reception fa orari ridotti e il personale dell’hotel che trovi prima dell’apertura della reception è estremamente scortese e maleducato.

Hotelli oli tosi siisti ja henkilökunta loistavaa! Aamiainen oli riittoisa ja monipuolinen. Ainoa iso miinus tulee sijainnista; kävellen ei pääse oikeastaan minnekään ja hotelli suositteleekin kulkemaan taksilla. Me kuitenkin löysimme tien satamaan ja kävelimme hotellille juna-asemalta.

Soluzione economica, ma comoda.

La struttura è collocata nella zona industriale di Brindisi, un’area piuttosto tranquilla, ma chiaramente lontana dal centro. Parcheggio riservato all’interno della struttura. Personale alla reception molto cordiale. Il Residence é in un edificio su due piani, molto semplice e datato, ma può essere buona soluzione per una vacanza estiva. La camera ampia e pulita. Mi è stata data una superior. L’arredo rispecchia le foto sul sito. Il bagno un po’ vecchiotto ma funzionante. La colazione essenziale ma gustosa. In generale se si cerca una soluzione economica per trascorrere qualche giorno in più nel capoluogo brindisino, magari con un gruppo di amici, può essere un’ottima soluzione.

Kann man besser machen

Die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und das Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Der Cappuccino wurde morgens direkt frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Der Parkplatz ist im verschlossenen Innenbereich des Grundstücks und durchaus vertrauenerweckend. Das Zimmer selbst war nicht so schön. Nackte Wände ohne Bilder oder Spiegel im Schlafraum, Deckenbeleuchtung sehr dunkel und Schimmel an der Kühlschranktür. Das einzige Fenster war in Richtung eines taghell beleuchteten Außenbereichs, dessen Lampe sich auch nachts leider nicht ausschalten ließ und einem das Licht von draußen direkt ins Gesicht schien, wenn man im Bett lag. Die Beleuchtung für den Parkplatz wäre hier völlig ausreichend gewesen und hätte auch nicht gestört. Das Bad hatte ein kleines Fenster direkt in der Dusche. Die Option, über die geöffnete Badtür nachts ein wenig Luft ins Zimmer zu bekommen scheiterte jedoch an einem Blinklicht, das sich an einem Sicherungskästchen im Bad befand und nachts den Schlafraum zur Disco umwandelte. Alles in allem würde ich hier nicht mehr übernachten, wir haben auf unserer Rundreise quer durch Italien wesentlich schönere Zimmer zu günstigen Preisen gefunden.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel et heureusement. Vendu par Expedia comme un hôtel de rêve tout près du centre historique, ça n'est pas du tout le cas. L'hôtel n'a aucun charme, le confort des chambres est très sommaire et bien loin des photos et de la description... Il se situe dans une zone industrielle a moitié en friche survolée toutes les demi heures par des avions. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait même pas, la moustiquaire était trouée et nous avons été attaqués par les moustiques toute la nuit. Expedia mettait en avant une promo: 45€ au lieu de plus de 100€ d'habitude.. la chambre et aucune chambre de l'hôtel ne valaient 100€ ni même 45€! Réclamation à venir...

Comodo perche a 5 minuti dal centro, anche se l' aereoporto è vicino , la notte si dorme tranquillamente, spartano ma confortevole. Un discreto albergo!!!

Very poor standard, room felt damp and dirty. Difficult to find, on run down industrial estate and under flight path of nearby airport. All in all not to be recommended other than free and secure parking.
