"Upon arriving, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Walking into the room I was pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness and the attention to detail. I left the hotel came back later in the staff member at the front desk was extremely helpful and impatient as I am new to the area. Upon leaving and my checkout process was extremely efficient and the staff member at the front desk was again extremely helpful, very friendly. It is clear that time was spent in training."

"Room 716 weas dirty with a constant smell of urine; mirrors in bathroom had light showing through as film was warped in corners. Rugs and towels fraying. Bath not 100% clean. Beds creaky."

"This was one of my best hotel stays. The staff, from the valet to the concierge were amazing. Everyone was so personable. The room was comfortable and clean. I hosted an event in the ballroom, my guests all commented on the food, the servers, bartender. Would definitely recommend. "

"Front desk staff was amazingly helpful. My cousin kept flipping during the night and waking me up. I was able to go to the front desk and they gave me an extra comforter, and I was able to get some Advil p.m. The room was large and loved the bathroom amenities. Breakfast was great. I couldn’t believe they had omelettes. Would definitely stay there again. It was less than 2 miles from my mom’s house. We were able to walk there in 30 minutes. "
