The staff was really nice, the property is clean. However, none of the ice machines had ice and the drapes in our room wouldn't close, only the window shade, which still allowed quite a bit of light in, so we were wide awake by 6:30.
Also, Hilton Hotels, which Hampton Inn is a part of, swapped out their thick, comfy mattresses for smaller, horribly hard mattresses. It's like trying to sleep on a concrete slab. So we won't be staying in Hilton Hotels anymore.
