"From the moment I arrived at the Omni Grove Park Inn, I understood why this property is so special. It is much more than a hotel—it is an experience. The historic architecture, massive stone fireplaces, and breathtaking mountain views create a warm, timeless atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and appreciate your surroundings.
What made my stay truly unique was how seamlessly nature and luxury came together. Whether I was enjoying a cup of tea by the fireplace while it rained, hiking one of the nearby trails, or simply sitting on the Sunset Terrace overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, every moment felt peaceful and restorative. The sounds of birds, flowing water, and the fresh mountain air made me feel completely disconnected from the stress of everyday life.
The service throughout the resort was warm and welcoming, and every area of the property was beautifully maintained. I especially loved exploring the grounds, discovering quiet corners to relax, and ending the day with dinner while watching the mountains change colors as the sun set.
The Omni Grove Park Inn offers something that is becoming increasingly rare: the ability to truly unplug, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. It combines history, elegance, exceptional hospitality, and one of the most beautiful mountain settings I’ve ever experienced.
If you’re looking for a destination that offers relaxation, nature, outstanding dining, and unforgettable views, I highly recommend the Omni Grove Park Inn."
"A clean, nice place to stay with helpful staff, good breakfast (sausage and eggs, etc.). Air conditioning was moderate; it was off when we got there. Turned it on, went to dinner, and it was beginning to cool upon return. Didn't get really cool until midnight."
"Honestly the location and property are gorgeous. Magical mornings and afternoon. Great views and peaceful setting. All that are the good things for a property that costs around 400 a night. The bad things: the access is a little bit too rough, you definitely need a good car, ideally AWD, to get to your cabin. And then, the privacy issue we had. This is a secluded, no kids allowed, unit with privacy walls separating the domes. We were with my wife in the jacuzzi when a drone flew right in front of us, turned and left its camera facing to us for a few minutes. You have to remember that the jacuzzi is outdoor and the interior of the dome is clearly visible from the front as it has a full window side to enjoy the high altitude views with, supposedly, complete privacy. I reached out to Collective Glamping and they found it was from a nearby cabin, assured us (with no proof) that no video or pictures of us were taken by the drone and apologized. Obviously we didnt use the jacuzzi anymore and we left the windows of the dome completely covered for the rest of our stay as we were affraid that the drone would come back and start taking pictures or video of us while we were changing or getting out of the shower.
That ruined our 26th anniversary mini vacation. Unfortunately, Collective Glamping only offered an apology. If it was not for this, we would definitely go back."
"Property was well cleaned and staff was very supportive. Breakfast was good. Some area of improvement is Lift which is very old and close early. Also it will be good if items have name listed for breakfast so it will be easy for vegetarian to select. I will definitely plan to stay again if plan to go Maggie valley next time."
"I really appreciate the guest and staff for returning what was lost to me! I hope whoever sees this review that the person that found and returned my wallet that I am very thankful for your honesty and I hope you get your blessing returned to you as well! Beautiful and relaxing stay! Will one day return for the one of a kind walking trail!"
