"Location posted on Expedia was Interlaken where we wanted to stay but the hotel is located in Brienz which is 20 minutes by train from Interlaken. Hotel is located right in front of Lake Brienz and train/boat station which is great but its old 2 story building with small rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was good, however no toaster or microwave in breakfast area. SHort staffed, owner was on the counter plus doing everything."

"A great place to stay in the hidden gem of Spiez. Rooms were on the smaller side but fine considering we were not in the room much. Free breakfast was awesome! The only issue we had was with custodial staff, we saw them mocking us after asking for new towels when they came to clean our room. Otherwise, I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Spiez!"

"Quaint place near all of the sights. Good access to the mountain towns and Interlaken. Parking was a little tough on occasion, but the room was nice and staff was great. Pool has best view of any pool we've ever seen. Breakfast was also very good. Would stay here again (and they're installing A/C right now)."
