Property is located just off main road with regular bus service and plenty of parking. Clean and friendly hotel with excellent breakfast. Stayed annumber of times and will go back.

Excellent. Could not think of any improvements. Fantastic place in a great location. Lovely to hear just birdsong from the room with the window slightly open. Customer service was spot on. Rooms clean and great quality food for breakfast. Definitely coming back.

A small country house style hotel with - I think - 11 bedrooms. Beautifully decorated and very clean. No hesitation in recommending a stay . Only breakfast available but a wide and varied choice, all freshly cooked.

The accommodation was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the owners from the complimentary cream tea on arrival the breakfast on a Monday were excellent cannot recommend this property too much

Beyond Expectation!

We booked here for the local Kite Festival and Parkrun, both within 20minute walk. The staff meeting us on arrival were very attentive, hearing we would be running and not having breakfast we were offered, if we would like, a bacon sandwich on our return. We were then invited to have tea and scones after we'd taken our bags to our room. There was the option of a lift to get thhe bags up the one flight of stairs. Nothing seemed too much for the staff and owners.

Two night stay for family event

Lovely accommodation, in very beautiful grounds. Greeted on arrival by Gary, and shown around the property. A warm and friendly welcome. Then offered a lovely cream tea for two, very nice and welcome cuppa. The room was very comfortable, and well decorated. As for the breakfast so much choice and was tasty and well presented, could not ask for more.
