Motel is very dated, price reflects this. There is a fantastic little restaurant that made the stay much better. Staff friendly and accommodating.

We were there later in evening and left by 10 am. Was a bit taken back by the age of the hotel. It looked a bit run down. However, beds and room were clean, staff were friendly...

Windows leak, causing damage inside, just above the air conditioner. There was a gas like exhaust smell early in the morning. Hotel needs some major basic repairs done.

It is very noisy. Don’t rent the queen size room. It seems there is only one and it is right at the top of the stairs and across 5he hall from the staff/owners room and it is grand central station. We complained and she said you booked the queen room all the other rooms are double beds. She didn’t offer to move us just yelled at the kids in the staff/manager room to be quiet. That lasted all of 5 minutes

Could use some TLC
While the room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable, the building was in obvious need of repair and maintenance.
Ceiling water damage
Water damage on base boards
Bathroom fan and ceiling needs a bit of attention

The bedding had stains, the blankets had holes the mattresses were stained and had to be over 40 years old. The staff were nice, the waitress had to go buy food to make meals.

You get what you pay for. It was very noisy at night. It was clean but rundown. They did not make the bed or provide clean towels and there was not notice or choice. Towels were worn out and dingy but clean. Cannot rate the dinning other than it was not available at the times we needed. Breakfast was served at 8:00 and dinning closed around 3:00 before we got back. Staff was friendly and tried their best to do what they could.

The hotel is not allowed to use my card number to pay in case of cancellation. It was only a reservation without payment. I ask you to pay me back. My credit card institution will communicate to understand the situation according to the explanation given. I require a refund.

Beds had no comforters, floor was cracked in multiple areas, air conditioning smelt of mould, fridge had expired milk (few weeks old) from a past guest, overall just unkempt and dingy

The room that was booked was smoked in and they did switch us to another room but it had about 2 bottles of febreeze sprayed in it to cover up the smell of the previous person; and I was told it was rented out like an apartment as there is limited rentals in Bridgewater.

Good bed and room was clean. Any issues identified were addressed immediately by courteous staff. Fridge and cable had been turned off. Once everything addressed settled in for good sleep.

Room was great, sucks the pool wasnt working. There seems to be some people who live at a part of the hotel. They smoke cigs in their room by the smell of the hallway. Wouldnt bring a familly here but if its just 2 buds looking for a place to crash ts a good spot for cheap

Hallways smelled terribly like marijuana and tobacco. A big sign says $200 fine for smoking in rooms. They should make lots of money.

The staff at the hotel was excellent. All were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed. A special mention goes to Tina (manager of the restaurant). She is wonderful! Also, the maintenance staff were all helpful and always available with a smile! It's very obvious that Management is constantly working on improving the facilities.

Door key failed to work, had to wait till 8 AM from 7 AM to get someone to open the door to my room. There is no one at the front desk during the night until 8 AM.

Half hour wait for service in restaurant, no extra plugs in room to connect anything, bathroom really tiny, The whole hotel is run down, needs a good cleaning, repair and paint. Because of the hotel/room condition we tried to cancel 2nd night and they wouldn't allow. Not happy!!
