"The room and bathroom were clean, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes. The front door needed cleaning, and the bathroom door was also dirty. The bed sheets were clean, and the bed itself was comfortable. In a pinch, I would stay again — but I’d definitely bring some air freshener."

"I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. Due to a local soccer tournament, options were limited, otherwise, I would have checked out immediately. The conditions of the hotel were unacceptable and did not meet basic hospitality standards. Room & Hygiene Issues: • Poor Sanitation: The room had not been properly vacuumed, and the entrance area was visibly dirty. • Bedding: Upon inspection, it appeared the bed had not been properly cleaned or changed prior to my arrival. • Bathroom: There was a persistent, unpleasant odor in the bathroom throughout the stay. Breakfast & Facilities: • Poor Maintenance: The toaster was broken; one side was non-functional, and the other was missing a knob. • Cleanliness: The cafeteria tables were dirty upon arrival, and the food selection was extremely limited. I am very disappointed that these issues were not addressed, leaving me with no choice but to stay in an unhygienic environment. I am requesting a partial refund for the inconvenience and the lack of basic cleanliness."

"They have some new system thats totaly screwed up. I bought two nights and had 2 comp nights and was told by front desk i was good til Saturday just to find they took my stuff our of my room and i had to get to the bottom of it. Pretty pist!! Im also pist that the idiots that own this place have had the pool and hot tub down for over a year. Do better!!"
