A good stay with the exception of now again for the 2nd 4-night stay, no housekeeping services at all. Staff generally helpful and polite, breakfast a bit better than average

Beware when you opt to pay later. They canceled my room when I was driving from another state. Called after 6pm, didn’t leave a message. I had to call back when I noticed a call while driving with bad reception. Then the operator was extremely uncaring and unhelpful. Seemed really cold and like he enjoyed delivering the news.

I had to stay here for my best friend's wedding. It was easy to get to from the bus stop. Had a little mishap and the person on staff made me feel that this situation would be handled. Would highly recommend.

Just wow !!
We were truly amazed by the beauty of the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful , the breakfast or dining area was spacious and clean along with several food options. Our room was spacious and had all kinds of extras like a countertop stoves , dishwasher and s big flat screen tv ! We will be back !

arrived and check in was good, room was very nice, but tv didn't work so they moved us to another room which ended up a wonderful, wonderful stay. very clean , free breakfast, staff very pleasant, pet friendly, lots to do, beautiful building. I would recommend this place when visiting west virginia.

Evening staff person was super nice and upgraded our room when we asked to be moved from a room close to the dining room. It was no problem and she was happy to change our room. She was pleasant and sweet. Food was not bad and had quite a few selections. Would definitely stay again.
