Staff was friendly, room size was great for what we needed. Cleanliness was not there. The floors throught the hotel needed attention. Thats not why im mentioning this, we got our room floor wasnt to bad. However exploring the room we discovered we had no soap to wash hands, which again no big deal. We open the closet and there was a dirty wash rag and towel. I went to complain about the dirty towels. We were offered another room, thats not what we wanted just to have the towels removed. They were never removed them. Its crazy that other reviws talked about the cleanliness of the hotel and nothing was done. Other that hotel staff was good and it was a nice hotel.

Everything was great, the only thing I wasn’t thrilled with was the overpowering chlorine while visiting the pool. My kids and I were very happy to have the pool available to us but we didn’t last long since it was very strong and had leave only after a short time.

We routinely stay in the Bridgeport area as night one of our drive to Florida. Comfort inn had really welcoming friendly front desk staff, as well as the breakfast staff. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were really clean in great shape which i appreciate. The only item showing wear and tear was the sofa/sofabed. It was dirty and worn, which was a bummer because my son did not wish to sleep on it then. I think if they just steam cleaned them, that would really help! Same with the lobby furniture and breakfast chairs. Overall the hotel looks great with friendly staff and confortable beds. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. There is a small gym and laundry room as well, If you are sensitive to the smell of hotel cleaning supplies/pool chemicals this may not be the resort for you as the smell is strong. Overall there are a few tweaks I would make, but I would visit this hotel again. Totally reasonable price and quality place for an overnight stay!

I loved the location of this property. It was super close to United Health hospital. The staff was super helpful. I gave a lower review because when I arrived my reservation was not in the system but the lady at the front desk did find us another room. There was a bit of a pain first thing in the morning having to deal with getting the staff my receipt for them to figure out what happened.

It had a lot of dining options close by. The pool area was very clean, but the room had a lot of stains on the carpet and couch. The staff was friendly.

It was wonderful. Very nice and clean I also felt safe to go outside. The only thing I would fix is the younger girl who overnights attitude. She was rude when I was trying to grab a snack. But other than that it was wonderful

Great time.
Very nice place. Very clean. The only problem we had was a plugged up bathroom sink. There was no maintenance guy in on the weekend. The front desk did not have anything to dump down the sink. It did drain slow . The breakfast was amazing. The guy working was on top of refilling everything. I wish the pool was heated . Overall we had a wonderful time.

The hotel needs a thorough “spring cleaning.” Already in the elevator, we noticed dirt. Our bathroom floor had crud in the corners; I doubt the floor had been truly washed in a long time.
