「Facility is an older property that has been remodeled and well maintained. It is worth paying the extra for a “river view” (though you can’t really see much of the river). But it is quieter and you have your own back porch and lawn area.
The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, if a little dated. Several good restaurants and a bakery within walking distance.」

「Nothing on this property has been upgraded in years. We could hear people flushing their toilets two rooms down. We woke up to ants on the tables in the room which we had to throw out $ of food. Our grandchildren and great grandson had ants in their room. The owner blew it off like the ants were expected. Normal people use Terminx on a regular basis so this doesn't happen. $225 for a room! Never again stay there. It's what we deserve for staying in a podunk town in Calif and expecting something...
