"Parking not included, bad start. Dated room even though it was a premium room (a £17 upgrade), the beds were like actual bricks - so uncomfortable. Reception later informed me the only difference with the premium room is you get a coffee machine and a fridge. I couldnt believe what I was hearing, absolute CON... Breakfast selection was shocking and the eggs/hasbrowns etc were stone cold by half 9. Plenty items finished and not replenished in the 30 mins we were there. The only good points were the pool and sauna facilities are decent and the receptionist on check in was lovely. Over 100 pounds spent though so absolutely no value for money."

"Room was not clean, coke bottle under bed, clearly not vacuumed. Bed was hard and lumpy. Bathroom mirror unwashed. Door had no safety lock. It was inexpensive and served the purpose but I can’t recommend. "
