It is nice to be welcomed with small details like the reusable water cups, ear plugs (building is in a noisy area so its a nice touch) and welcome card. Just maybe few more tea bags/coffee. Beds comfy and rooms warm, large and clean. "

"Stayed with a family of 5 and the location cant be beat! We had 5 peices of luggage and was easy to walk to Liverpool St station and take Elizabeth line to LHR. The communication with the staff for checkin was very personable and accomodating, and they followed up to ensure everytjing was perfect. They even left a box of goodies for us (chocolates, cookies, gourmet tea, etc) Was hesitant to book due to other reivews mentioning the street noise but we used the portalable fans to create white...
