「Arrived around 11pm, they was no staff member on site but the have a very clear telephone number on the door and the staff member helped straight away over the phone. I loved the room and the bathroom, however it will be nice if the owner can put a kettle, selection of coffee/tea and a cup for hot beverages in the room. 」

However, the self-service registration process could be enhanced. With the presence of staff to aid guests in check-in and escort them to their rooms will be better.」
