The place is nice and convenient , but for the price you pay they should refill the coffee for free instead of trying to charge you for more even when you stay for 10 days! If you stay 1 night they provide 4 coffee capsules, we stayed 10 days and were told they only provide 4 capsules per stay! After that they want you to pay $1 per capsule! What is that??? Not fair or good business sense!
This lack of basic service lets down the whole company and leaves a bitter taste in our mouths.

When we arrived, we were given a key that did not work so we had to go back to the front desk to get a new key. The suite had a lamp on the bedside table that could not be plugged in, and the TV and refrigerator were also unplugged. The remote was missing, so we had to make a second trip to the front ...
