「 The pleasant demeanor and the high quality of service of all employees was very welcoming. The bartenders knowledge of the local wine/liquors and suggestions of what to drink was extensive. The chef and restaurant are 5 Star as well! The pool, spa and wellness was thoroughly enjoyed. 「A great centrally appointed apartment 5 mins walk from Bergamo train station but still in a quiet street with no noise . Very comfortable apartment with the opportunity to use the corner of the lounge as a 2nd sleeping area with a very good sofa bed . Very clean with all requirements needed for a few days stay . Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa.
