"Pool was cold so not enjoyable although it was advertised as heated and definitely no hot tub as advertised. Breakfast was tolerable however more variety would be great. It’s ok for a short trip but will not be staying there again. Not to mention lazy housekeeping and dirty rooms. But front desk staff was awesome."

"The rooms were nice, even had a microwave as well as a refrigerator. It's a balcony was clean and the chairs on the balcony were clean. Breakfast was good. But late night, they have no real food. Unless you get out to the waffle house down the street staff was great."

I was on the tenth floor and made it hard to run down to get a drink or snack not knowing how long it would take to get back to the room. No adjustments made to the bill or any voucher given out. Also had to search for a housekeeping cart to get some towels bc front desk not answering phone. "
